  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following:

  • Domestic: All 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International: Select countries (availability shown during checkout).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination address.
  • Shipping method selected.
  • Weight and dimensions of the package.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as specified in promotions.


5. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

6. Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments

  • Montunie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • For damaged items, provide photos of the damage for assessment.

8. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on customs clearance.
